EW: Mana Reservation Efficiency

Suppression Cap:

You will need body armour and shield t1 spell suppression.

Method 1 (Rare boots)

Suppression on all gear with mastery +12%

Method 2

Use Atziri's Step, then you don't need 2 t1 on gear with the loss of brittle boots.
