3. [PoE 3.3] The Exiled Hooligan - Self Cast Incinerate Low Life

5. [PoE 3.3] League Starter Righteous Fire Juggernaut (Life RF) leveling guide
1. [PoE 3.3] Sith Lord Inquisitor (Crit-based CwC Lightning Tendrils) WIP
THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS! I am currently running this build in the Incursion league. Any constructive criticism about improving the build will be welcome.
This is my meme build. Ever wanted to be a Sith Lord? Well, with the skill Lightning Tendrils, you can!
Pros:
-Good clear speed
-Decent League starter
-Makes you feel like a bada** Sith Lord
Cons:
-Standard elemental-based weaknesses: reflect maps, Elemental Equilibrium maps, etc.
-Crit based, so expensive to gear properly
Bandits:
Spoiler
Help Alira Crit multi, resist, mana regen
Help Kraityn Attack/cast speed, movement speed
I personally went with Alira, for the defensive aspects. Should make gearing a bit easier.
Ascension:
Spoiler
Righteous Providence -> Inevitable Judgement -> Instruments of Virtue -> Augury of Pentinence
Gems:
Spoiler
Body: Lightning Tendrils - Storm Barrier - Faster Casting - Increased Critical Strikes - Cast while Channeling - Vaal Storm Call
Weapon: Orb of Storms - Arcane Surge (level 7) - Increased Duration
Shield: Shield Charge - Fortify - Faster Attacks
Helmet: Herald of Thunder - Curse on Hit - Clarity (to a good level-use your own judgement) - Warlord's Mark
Misc: Summon Lightning Golem Tempest Shield Lightning Warp (for when you need to teleport)
You can use Vaal Clarity if you wish. I am still looking for gems and setups that would work well with this build.
The purity of Lightning/Vaal Impurity of Lightning may fit well, but the Impurity effect might not be needed, given the Inquisitor's Inevitable Judgement Ascendancy.
Pretty standard. The main 'funkiness' happens just west of the Templar starting area - I did that to minimize the strength nodes take, for the Tempered Flesh jewel. (Actually, got lucky with that.)

2. [Raider] - 3.3 Charged Dash - Mid-tier Mapper/Starter
I created this character as my second one in the league. Its main purpose is to get your character into mid-tier maps, farm them, create quick and fast temples to run. The character was dismantled once I created a good map base and I rerolled to another one. It performed the task I wanted it to extremely well. I could create good temple run very quickly.
Pros
Quick Mapper
Cheap < 10c to get started
Extremely fast
Can build with two different skills (cyclone or charged dash or both!)
Cons
Tight on resistances
The lower end of the survival spectrum
Caps out before reaching red maps
If 100% cold conversion for the cyclone, make sure to grab Winter Spirit
The skill tree is pretty straightforward. The nodes people are probably wondering about are Graceful Assault and Celerity. I chose those because they increased movement speed, evasion (dmg and speed), and gave solid damage. I also chose them because Path of Building told me they gave me the most efficient damage I had access to. And I also need to buy PoE Currency to complete my build as soon as possible, I want to get into Incursion now.
Jewels
Pretty much the perfect cheap jewel. I liked added cold damage because once you get a 6L and cold pen comes into play it shows a lot. Plus I found the added cold gems were quite a bit cheaper than the lightning ones.
Auras
For the second aura, there are two choices. It will depend on how you select your character's build. I found added elemental damage jewelry was cheaper, so I went that route. If you do this, I found Grace added more damage. If your jewelry has a lot of flat Phys on it you will want to use Hatred instead.
Cast When Damage Taken - Immortal Call - Increased Duration
Pretty self-explanatory. I left cwdt at level 1. Since I didn't have any endurance charges I left IC there too. Increased duration can be leveled all the way up.
Flasks
Preferably the Stibnite flask would have increased duration. Wise Oak is a solid choice depending on how your resistances come out. Lion's roar isn't too bad. You can go with pretty much any flask you want and it'll work.

3. [PoE 3.3] The Exiled Hooligan - Self Cast Incinerate Low Life
I am from the Chinese realms, but I also play on the international realms due to the delay with leagues starts in China and would like to take this opportunity to share my build on the international realms with everyone before I head back to China.
The build revolves around the new 3.3 belt, Coward's Legacy, which causes us to be cursed with vulnerability and low life when affected by the vulnerability.
Uniques that give bonuses when the character is on low-life is utilized to provide offensive and defensive power, which are used along with a Watcher's Eye with the mod when affected by Determination Aura unaffected by vulnerability to mitigate the negative part of Coward's Legacy.
Build Mechanics
This is a self-cast incinerate build. Self-cast builds have always lacked in defensive capabilities to be a seriously viable build, without effective life leech or mana regen, self-cast builds have always been the butt-end of jokes. In China “self-cast arc witch” is often used as a joke, and as someone who likes self-casting, I have always been frustrated at this.
In 3.3 GGG improved self-cast, firstly Eelementalists can leech life (albeit low) but at least we can leech life now. In 3.3 lots of spells were also buffed, although seemingly buffing traps, it buffs the simple bread and butter self-cast too. So with that in mind, I went out wanting to do a meme build about being a "low-life" character that uses low-life mechanics as much as possible.
Core Uniques
Cowards Chain - The centre of this build to get us on low life
Watcher's Eye - With the mod not affected by a vulnerability when affected by the determination
Rumi's Concoction - to cap off block
Redbeak - Sword for a lowlife, 100% increased low life meme damage, onslaught
Daresso's Courage - Low life to provide huge block
Honourhome - Low life to provide reduced mana cost and also elemental resists
Lori's Lantern - Probably not needed but I want to keep the low-life meme going and it provides nice resists and enemies are unlucky
Ngamahu Tiki - Low life meme continues, gives life, fire damage and resist
Kaom's Roots/Lioneye's Paws - Kaoms for life, Lioneyes for memes, I would recommend going meme (we use 2 movement skill so we can afford the move speed penalty for the memes)

4. [PoE 3.3] Quad Totem Incinerate. Let them BURN!
This was the starter build I planned for incursion league.
The goal was to make it cheap and still could farm elder and shaper. Without costing a lot of currency.
Incinerate totems works like FLameblast totem. Get Cast speed everywhere. That is the basics.
And with Incursion I found out some new mods on gear that would really make this build shine:
I choose to go with incinerate "hit" way and not burning route.
The only negative I can say about this build is if you compare to example frostbolt totems, it takes ½ second before it starts to ramp up in damage.
This build is kinda squishy so you need to play the game and not run in head first to packs!
Gems:
6L: Spell Totem, Incinerate, Immolate, Combustion, Controlled destruction, Fire pen. (I ended up not needed faster casting in the end.)
3L: Curse on hit, flammability, Orb of storms (This help us trigger elemental overload to)
1L: Summon Lightning Golem (cast speed)
Aura: Herald och ash and Anger, (Theory crafted for a Haste+ Anger setup but it was hardly worth the little extra dps)
Impurity of fire. Good on bosses enough said.
You an probably put in some more utility gems and stuff, but this worked fine for me!
DPS:
Against shaper: No stages: 36738,6
Half stages: 82873,5
Max Stages: 128844,5
Release hit: 27257 average
This doesn't seem like a lot, but its more than enough. I killed Shaper deathless for the first time with no struggle at all.

5. [PoE 3.3] League Starter Righteous Fire Juggernaut (Life RF) leveling guide
Sometime prior to the 3.3 Incursion League path notes was launched I made the decision I needed to create an Existence Righteous Fire (RF) Juggernaut at the start of the league - preferably like a league starter! I searched the forums and YouTube for the easiest method to level an RF character and emerged blank. All guides were either recommending to level twinked or as Sunder until level 60 and perform a large respect.
On Friday morning yesterday league began, I still did not possess a solid plan and would fall to Sunder or Ancestral Warchief. Fortunately for me personally, I'd lunch with my close friend Viperesque so we developed the next plan. I levelled as RF from level 37 at the beginning of Incursion league also it was a few of the funniest, most relaxed and enjoyable league start levelling I have completed in Road to Exile.
Credit
The ultimate build with this character ought to be credited to PoEDan and high inspiration for levelling methodology was obtained from Aila. Aila was the very first player to achieve level 100 in HCSSF Bestiary, Abyss and the newest 10 Day Mayhem playing Occultist Hybrid RF. His levelling guide was converted by Reddit user denunciator and could be found here.
Pre-RF:
- Level as groundslam/whatever melee skill until 12
- Sunder from 12-37
- Through Sacred Ground (A2 in Crypt level 2) for regrets needed
- Siosa for gems needed
- Normal Labarynth for Unbreakable
- All skill point quests up to and including An Indomitable Spirit (A4 The Mines level 2)
RF transition:
- Max fire resistance (make sure you keep this up at the start of A6)
- BBBR 4L Righteous Fire-Burning Damage-Elemental Focus-Concentrated Effect (can swap with Increased Area of Effect for clear later on if you have enough damage)
- Poacher's Mark (1)-Flammability-Blasphemy (leave Poacher's Mark at level 1)
- Shield Charge-Faster Attacks-Fortify
- Orb of Storms-Increased Critical Strikes
- Decoy Totem
- 3x Sacred Life Flask (always have one running, upgrade to hallowed then divine, sapping if you need more life, get curse/freeze/bleed/shock removal)

When you are creating your build, you will need more PoE Currency, so where to buy Path of Exile Currency? Poe4orbs.com would be your best choice, which has been offering PoE service for years and get a really good reputation in this area.
