The way armor works is too RNG in Path of Exile
The problem isn't really map mods. The problem is that armor and evasion are not even close to as good as having a giant 'life' pool.

Shapers orbs are permanent like bandit rewards
Can you use multiple shapers orb on the same map? i.e. Tier 1 to 11 with 2 shaped orbs.
