A lot of people will try to defend Path of Exile as not beeing P2W
But here is my own experience from when I was getting into the game:
1.After buying some stash tabs I hab room for stuff like the chaos recipe, which is very profitable when (as newer player) not knowing what is sellable at what price (even more so if you dont have the stash space to store a lot of things!!!)
2.Using 3rd party tools to sell stuff is a hassle I didn't bother much with at first. With premium stash tabs selling items is more then convenient!
3.newer players have a hard time understanding what items are "money" (poe currency) in this game! A currency stash tab helps understand this and keep an overview of what you have.
There is an argument that can be made that all of this is just convenience, but ask your self at what point and what amount, convenience becomes more then just convenience.
in my humble opinion PoE is pay a one time threshold (~30$) to win -> but also: get to know and love the game for free.
Edit: some spelling
Edit2: to all the people downvoting:
A simple bit of logic: more Quality of life results in less time spend for things (organizing 4 stashes only/ mules/etc.). This results in faster and smoother gameplay. That in return makes thing more efficient. More efficiency give you an edge over other players!
How can so many people be blind to this?? Not saying you need to constantly pay real money like some browser game, but you should pay a one time threshold to get things running more efficient!
And in the the time you sort all your stuff in 4 stash tabs and switch to mules when you run out of space, I will make a shit tone of currency with picking up rare amulets and doing a chaos recipe every map or so.
I really dont get why people are so blind to the fact that the more Quality of life you get, the faster and smoother things get which results in more efficency!!
